MY STORY

How it all started
 

MY DIETARY EVOLUTION STARTED OVER 5 YEARS AGO, WHEN I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SEVERAL FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES. IT WAS A DIFFICULT LEARNING PROCESS BUT AFTER MUCH DILIGENCE I WAS ABLE TO ERADICATE ALL THE FOODS THAT WERE MAKING ME FEEL POORLY.

 

I BEGAN WORKING FOR A FAMILY IN THE MESILLA VALLEY WHO WAS IN NEED OF HELP IN THE KITCHEN. THIS FAMILY WAS ON A PALEO DIET, BUT IN ADDITION TO PALEO, THEY REMOVED MOST FRUITS, SUGARS, HONEY AND CERTAIN NUTS. I DEVELOPED MY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE DURING THIS TIME. 

 

I CURRENTLY TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE FAMILY HOMES AND ASSIST WITH FOOD PREPARATION, MEAL PLANNING, AND ALLERGY-FREE FOOD EDUCATION.

I WAS WRITING A FOOD BLOG FOR A REPUTABLE WEBSITE NEWMEXI.CO  FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.

I GRADUATED FROM DACC IN MAY 2018 WITH AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE SPECIALIZING IN CULINARY ARTS. I KNOW RESIDE IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA.
